Lunch:
chop veggie salad minus the mixed greens
2 slices turkey
Dinner:
-Ribs, chicken (for me), slaw, mac and cheese and green beans...Never had made it yesterday so I'll make that tonight...got hung up from 3:00 - 7:30 so there was no time to cook.
Husband made pancakes and bacon for the kids last night. I had a mediterranean salad (mixed greens, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, tomatoes, reduced fat feta and a viniagrette made with lemon juice, olive oil, basil, garlic and a little salt and pepper)
Snack:
It's low 80's today so we'll probably do a fire pit tonight and make s'mores. I plan on eating one.
I didn't really eat any meals today except for dinner, just grazed the day away.
-coffee with LF H&H and cinnamon
-1 slice wheat toast with jelly
-1 clementine
-1/2 cup LF cottage cheese with 1tbsp pumpkin butter
-1 slice turkey
-1 tomato sliced with salt and pepper
-handful of baby carrots
-3 saltines
-a liter of seltzer plus 32oz water bottle with lemon
Dinner:
chicken tacos (chicken, jar of salsa, taco seasoning in the crockpot. Shred the chicken and add 1 can black beans)
Shredded cheddar on top with diced tomatoes and plain chobani
1 cup oats, splash skin milk, 2 splendas, cinnemon, 1 scoop muscle milk
peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread
1.5 scoop protein drink

chicken with penna and tomato sauce
bowl of honey bunches of oats cereal with skim milk
