i;m trying to start a new eating habbit in order to lose weight.

eat 3 times a week. monday wednesday and friday.
starve tuesday thursday saturday and sunday

also taking Green Teas Fat burner Pills

So what kind of food will you be eating on Monday, Wed and Friday and where did you find this diet program?

It seems extreme. Are you supposed to do this long-term? If it's not long-term, how do you plan to keep the weight off once you go back to eating on those days? Is there a benefit to eating like this vs. stretching those same calories out through 7 days?

I don't know...I haven't researched a fasting diet like this, but I like being comfortable and a plan like that would make me HELL to live with. I'd be super cranky on those fasting days.

Today's food plan:

Breakfast:
-Banana
-Coffee with cinnamon

Snack:
-English muffin with peanut butter

Lunch:
-Spinach wrap with leftover sliced turkey, broccoli sprouts, roasted red pepper and reduced fat feta.
-Strawberries

Dinner:
Blackened Tilapia with mango salsa, wild rice and asparagus with lemon

Snack:
Chai Tea made with 1/2 water, 1/2 skim milk and a bit of honey

haha theres no way thats a good thing but id love to see what you eat on the days that you. id also like to see how you feel at the end of a no eating day.

my wife is doing a semi starvation diet right now to prepare for an aruba trip. man she is annoying with the crap. if you are going to starve yourself then you should suck it up and not complain.

Breakfast - half a whole grain english muffin with peanut butter

Lunch - yogurt, albacore tuna and small spinach salad

snack - organic rosemary/white cheddar popcorn (Made the mistake of getting this from Target today. I meant to have a handful but ended up having about 250, maybe even 300(yikes!) calories worth of it- it's so gooood. Oh well.)

Dinner - honey dijon salmon, brown rice, salad

Breakfast - hard boiled egg and a nectarine

Lunch - Turkey/hummus/spinach/pepper jack cheese wrap - toasted. Very good.

Snack - hummus and carrots.

Dinner - Roast with carrots/new potatoes/onions and a salad. One dark chocolate Reese's peanut butter cup. Possibly a glass or two of wine.

There are a few variations and some substitutions, but this is essentially what I'm having today and the next nine days thereafter.

Upon arising: 16 oz glass of water with 2 squeezed lemons
Breakfast: Bowl of Quaker oatmeal with raisins
Snack: Veggie drink I make myself
Lunch: Bowl of brown rice and a huge portion of organic brussels sprouts
Snack: Apple/cranberry juice
Dinner: Bowl of brown rice and a huge portion of organic spinach
Snack: Twig tea

I also manage to get in another 7 16-oz glasses of water throughout the day. The result? Clear skin and eyes, fat reduction, improved concentration, improved appearance, weight control, better sleep, more productive workouts, internal healing and cleansing, and a reaffirmation that I am strong-willed, disciplined, and can accomplish anything I desire.

I hope you are pulling our legs...no way this will work...on the days you do eat, you will probably conpensate for not eating the other days....

3/4 cup oats, water, 1 splenda packet, cinnemon, splash of pediasure (ran out of milk), 1 scoop protein drink

lunch will probably be buffet in the borgata, ill try to be good

dinner at the old homestead. will split a lobster with my wife (she is the best person to split a lobster with because she loves the claw so i get the whole tail!)

Breakfast - egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms.

Lunch - broiled scallops and shrimp, side salad

dinner - pork tenderloin, rice, salad.
