Trying to get back on track today...

Breakfast:
-1 egg, 2 egg-whites scrambled with baby spinach, tomato and 1tbsp of reduced fat feta
-6 medium Strawberries
-Coffee with cinnamon and low fat half and half

Lunch:
-Morningstar Chipotle Black Bean Burger (no bun) with salsa and 1TBSP plain greek yogurt
-served over grilled bell peppers and onions.

Snack:
Apple with peanut butter (omit!)

Dinner:
The family is having pulled pork on hard rolls but I can't eat that so I'll make a mediterranean wrap for myself (hummus, romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, a little feta, broccoli sprouts and shredded carrots).
-veggie crudite (carrots, peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes)
-oven potatoes

Snack:
Chai Tea made with 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 water and a little honey

Went to spark people and put in all my items. It comes out to 1365 calories, 167 carbs, 52 gms fat, 68 gm protein

I think I'll have to omit that peanut butter from my snack!

This is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
wheat bagel
Carbmaster yogurt
banana

Lunch:
Healthy Choice Shrimp Diavolo
4 ounces of steamed green beans

Dinner:
chicken soup
skinless grilled chicken breast
grilled chicken wing
bbq black beans
steamed veggies

I counted my calories for all of this and it came out to 1354 calories, 22.5 grams of fat and 185 carbs which I am fine with. The carbs in the bbq black beans did me in but man...they were GOOD!!! Although my caloric intake seems low, I was STUFFED...

I went out to dinner last night and I ate what I wanted and didn't give it a second thought .

We had pita with laban bi khiar (similar to tzatziki sauce) as an appetizer and then I had chicken with artichokes, capers and sundried tomatoes with a light lemon sauce and a side of vermicelli rice. A glass of pino grigio with dinner (and ice water) and coffee to follow. It was SO yummy!

Today I'm having the following:

Breakfast:
mini wheat bagel with pumpkin cream cheese
Mango
coffee with cinnamon and low fat half and half

Lunch:
Chop salad (bell peppers, mixed greens, corn, cilantro, black beans, red onion and 1tbsp plain greek yogurt mixed with a little salsa for dressing).

Dinner:
Going to a birthday party tonight. I'm going to eat an apple before going. They are having the party at a pizza place so I'll have one slice and ice water.

Snack: (if I am hungry between meals)
2 slices turkey or some baby carrots
