OMG!! I thought about this thread a little while ago.

Guess where I was???? McDonalds getting a chocolate fudge sundae.

The best part..... this HUGE, I mean really HUGE woman with a little dress, in that sticky material, short - mid thigh, BACKLESS, STRAPLESS... HUGE boobs hanging down to her HUGE middle, hanging to her HUGE thighs. And happy as can be.

I just don't understand how people can just go out looking like that, no matter what!

Clowns are a lot nicer to look at.

For some reason, I have read Mediterranean diet is the best- they eat fish- no beef and alot of olives and vegetables- I notice unless you live in NYC or a big city in the US - you can never find this type of food.

I love Peruvian food- shellfish, etc...last time I could find that was in NY and S Florida-----

Default Cellulitis

Hello,
My name is Mia and I recently started a weight loss recipe. I am concern about my skin. I don't want to end by having a shaggy skin. Do you know a cosmetic product I can use ? Thanks

Default Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

Just because they're wearing it, doesn't mean that they should. Besides all of the health problems, I don't want to see every bump and bulge, let alone anything else that may be exposed.

Just today while I was taking our "dogter" out for a potty break, there was a young woman (in her very early 20s) moving out of her apartment. Lets just say that she was extremely well fed, like 200 lbs +, and was wearing a shirt that only came to mid belly, showed way too much cleavage and looked like it would barely fit a five year old. Then there were the jeans, it must have taken an gallon of Crisco and half the morning to get her in those jeans. I am not certain how she was actually able to breathe in those pants because there was a good two or more inches of "waist" overlapping her belt. As I was on my way back in, she was in the process of single handedly trying to wrestle her mattress into the back of a pickup truck. I can't even begin to describe how that looked. Let's just say that I am permanently scarred.

I know it's a little off topic, but along the same lines why do so many thin women today feel it necessary to show as much skin as possible. Just because you have it, doesn't mean that everyone else wants to see it. Whatever happed to leaving a little something to the imagination. Don't even get me started on some of the parents and the way they let their young kids dress. Oh well, I digress.

Shar-pit- lololol- I have to wait 24 hrs before I can give you another +!!!!

There was a movie once with a CEO asking a southern girl when the baby was due- she said due for what - as she ate a bag of Chee-tos.

My actual weight is 170, but very few people would classify me as being overweight becasue I have a muscular body and a very slender appearance. On the other hand, many people fall within their ideal weight, yet they LOOK overweight. To me it is not just the amount of weight, but the type and quality of the weight as well. Well toned, muscular body weight simply looks and feels better than un-toned, flabby bodyweight. If you look and/or feel overweight...you probably are!

OK, with those charts, my husband is more than 160 lbs overweight, and I believe it. It says I am 50 over. I think, if I lost 50, I would be down to absolutely nothing, and in poor health. I think if I lost 30, I would be at a good size. He is 6 feet 2 inches and I gave him the benefit of the higest weight on the chart...197. He is well over 350 lbs.

Me? I am getting there.

According to the chart, I'm 3 or 4 pounds overweight and I hate it. I've always watched my weight, not dieted, but consciously maintained it, and it's almost unacceptable.

But this is my life, not other's.

Some of us have other things up top that are fat, but are meant to be there that prevent us from seeing below.
