massimo7754 is on a distinguished road
IF your husband is 6'2" and only 130lbs, he is correct, you ARE starving him. A man that is 6'2" should be 173 lbs to 190 lbs., depending on his frame. A man that is 5 feet tall would be 130lbs!! Look it up.

Wouldn't a grown man be responsible for what he eats himself?

I have struggled much over the years and now I am just using diet software [tried vitabot, now trying diet power] to eat the right amount of calories and the right combination of nutrients.

caloriecount.com is free and has a great forum, but I wanted something little more detailed. Anyway I am convinced this is an addiction. I cam just going to consult nutritionists and personal trainers as needed [and infrequently] when I get into a bind [like the 3 month plateau I often hit that demotivates me].

I think the problem is we always want a quick fix. Those pounds did not go on overnight; they took years and a bad lifestyle to put them on so the goal should be changing lifestyle and health and so what if it is slow? It is probably better because your skin can probably adjust better to a slow loss.
