Is prescription phentermine the same thing as the diet pills that where sold over the counter some years back? Seems like I remember there being a little red pill with a name close to that.

Have any of you had an experience with phentermine?

been on the market for quite some time. Believe its half of the dreaded fen-fen combination that got people into trouble. However, by itself doesn't seem to have any untoward cardiac side effects (which was the whole fen-fen problem).

It works when you follow a diet plan and exercise. It helps stops the cravings that drive most people crazy when dieting.

I've been taking Phentermine for the last 3 months and have lost 42 lbs so far! At first it made me slightly jittery but after about a week, that stopped. The only annoying side effect is that i have trouble sleeping.

I was on phentermine years ago, the formulation has changed. Doesn't work like it used to. It was called Fastin back in the day. The new phentermine is useless.

As soon as you go off the stuff the weight is going to come back. Just cut calories, eat whole fresh foods, and exercise. Pills don't work. If they did they would be sold everywhere and there would be no fat people. Logic folks.

Here's a tip for ya:

Just stop eating til May. You'll lose the 30 pounds, guaranteed! No diet or drugs necessary. Just stop eating, or drinking anything other than unflavored tap water. Bonus points if you don't drink the water either.

Of course, if you want to be HEALTHY - you'll have to not lose 30 pounds by May. May is only 64 days away; you'd have to lose a pound every other day, and that isn't a healthy way to lose weight.

Next time, try not to be 30 pounds overweight, only 2 months before you need to not be overweight.

The fact that you have to 'try it again' tells me that this pill is a failure.

I suggest you eat less and move more and quit popping useless pills. And there is no way you'll lost 30 lbs by May unless you get a wicked case of food poisoning and end up in the hospital.
