Which is about the expected amount of weight loss resulting from water and glyocen depletion while on a massive calorie deficit. HCG and Phentermine had nothing to do with it.
So true. I did phentermine in 1997 before I knew the dangers. They took it off the market after 3 months. I lost about 20 pounds in two months, since you are basically starving yourself. I gained it all back and then some. Not a good thing to be taking. Can do great damage to the heart
Yeah, I tried an expensive bottle of HCG, plus followed their strict diet of only 500 cals/day.. No crap your going to lose weight, esp water weight. It said to eat mostly apples. I didn't see any real results though..
If you just at 500 cals, of veggies, I'm sure you would lose weight too....
Huhhh!! Really? I'm on the Phentermine and HCG diet plan through my weight loss center and I've lost 7 lbs in the first 3 days. Day 1 I lost two lbs, day 2 I lost 3 lbs and day 3 I lost 2.

It really doesn't matter how much weight you can lose in the short term. Pills, shots, supplements are all designed to help you lose weight in the short term. Once you go off those the weight will come back on with a vengeance.
The sensible way to lose weight is to look at it as a lifestyle change. It comes off slower but it stays off if you keep with it. Plus you are not endangering your health.
Just eat a variety of whole foods. Eat less than you burn. Simple.

No no no, I'm not doing the 500 calorie crap. I'm being seen at the Louisville Center for Weightloss and on the special HCG. I do the phentermine and HCG and get the lipo/b12 weekly if I want. They tell us to stay away from the 500 calorie fad and recommend 1200 calories a day. They advocate increasing water intake instead of sugary drinks and light exercise such as walking while on the diet. I'm a tad 2 weeks into it and thus far I've lost 17lbs. Once I get to my goal weight I plan on getting back seriously into running which should help keep it off!!!

Don't do the "500 calorie fad" but take these placebo injections...

The calorie intake and the exercise you are doing are causing you to lose weight. Not the crap you are taking from the 'weight loss center'. Save your money and keep up with the diet and exercise. Not unless of course you enjoy wasting money and endangering your health.

The "point" of the injections.. according to the advertising..
Is to reduce your appetite, so that a 500-calorie-per-day diet prescribed to go with it, won't make you feel hungry.
If they tell you not to bother with the 500-calorie-per-day diet, then the shots have no function, even according to their own advertising (which is fraudulent).
There is NOTHING in the HCG shots that will curb your appetite, OR make you lose weight. Phentermine WILL make you lose your appetite, but it is also dangerous, can contribute to high blood pressure and cause palpitations, and is notorious for patients building up a tolerance and gaining ALL the weight back lost on it, once they stop taking the drug. It is also intended for short term weight loss only (up to 12 weeks, and ONLY if usual methods of weight loss - controlling eating habits combined with exercise) have failed.
There is nothing in Phentermine that will make you lose weight. Since you're already trying a lower calorie + exercise routine, then you don't need the phentermine. You're wasting your money, to get the same results you would get, if you didn't spend any of it.
