I have one of these scales, and it is great.
Mine is a Nutrition Pro Kitchen Scale made by Eat Smart
It has 999 typical foods stored in it's memory, and the nutrition breakdown for all of them.
You just enter a 3 digit food code (found in an accompanying alphabetized food guide) and after the food is weighed, the scale tells you it's nutrition breakdown.
I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone.
It can display weight in either grams or ounces.
I got mine used for $15, but new they are around $70.
