Have not repsonded in awhile becasue I have been up and down the last few weeks and can't seem to get past the 53 lb weight loss mark, I lost 1 lb today for a total of 52.2 but last week I was up 1.6 and the week before I lost 1.6. I know with the hot and humid weather you tend to retain more water even though you may be drinking water everyday. How is everyone else doing on WW? The upside to this is my clothes are fitting better and I am down another size.
