Smile Old WW Plan

My husband lost over 75 pounds during high school on the old WW plan and he swears by it!

I, however, need to get back to WW.

I need to lose about 35 pounds by mid August.

Why do you need to lose weight by a certain date? This is one of the worst mind sets you can have when trying to lose weight. It sets you up for failure. You did not put the weight on fast so it will not come off fast. And if it does come off fast, the likelihood of it coming right back and bringing friends is huge.
Just start eating right and exercising, and if you are doing the WW's program all the better. The weight will come off if you stick to it, but there are no guarantees as to when it will come off.
