I like the salad dressings, but they have ketchup and sauces too.
The question I have to ask is if I eat miracle noodles with the no calorie sauce for a day, would that be considered negative calores for the day even though you are still eating and feel full?

What I'm thinking about doing is eating 1700 calories of food a day,but between meals when I'm hungry eat Miracle noodles with the no calorie Alfredo sauce from Walden Farms.
I'm not an expert, but that sounds logical to me. 0 + 0 = 0

I tried the Walden Farms chocolate sauce and marshmallow sauce years ago and it was awful. Just tasted like chemicals. Is the alfredo sauce good?

Haven't tasted it yet. I just ordered some. I read the reviews and some said its ok but you have to add some salt to it.
That sounds about right as I found some of the salad dressings to be very sweet.
The Sesame Ginger, bacon ranch, and thousand island are some of the better salad dressings made by Walden Farms.

Do the miracle noodles make you bloated due to all the fiber?

No, but I'm used to a lot of fiber. I add a big scoop of oat fiber to my protein drink every day.
