This is NOT a joke! Nor am I a troll.

I ate a banana this morning and am sipping a gallon water.

I am 5'10" and weigh approximately 140 Lbs.

Stomach is a little bloated. Not flabby. Just sticking out more than usual.

What could be for lunch?

If you want a flat belly by evening no way should you have had that banana at all. Its one of the most sugary fruits out there. Just follow a low carb plan for the rest of the day.

For lunch I would have a spinach salad with chicken - keep it low sodium as possible

Maybe a cup of coffee and some raw celery sticks to get rid of the bloating during the day.

It will bloat right back after you start eating normally.

Do you suffer from bloat alot? Bananas will make you feel bloated, well at least they sometimes do it to me. I also find if I drink alot of water I get bloated and full very fast as opposed to when I drink less water.
