It's worth a try - but my suggestion would be to take advantage of the online package. It makes eating out and staying on track a lot easier.

By the way, I lost another pound! One pound a week. Slow and steady wins the race!

I love the plan - it gives me the flexibility to make my own choices and the tools to make wise choices.

For you weight watcher folks the website skinnytaste.com has awesome WW friendly recipes-chocolate cake, mac n cheese, homemade chicken nuggets, pancakes etc. And they list the WW points for each recipe.

Hey Katherine....my kids and I are on this as well, doing the cooking from the recipes on the site and from skinny taste. I have lost about 25 so far, my daughter has lost 20 and we are keeping it off. If you follow the points and remember to eat the way you are, you'll do great!!!!

FABULOUS! Keep it up!

As of yesterday, I weigh what I weighed when I got married, and less than I've weighed in five years. Granted - I was about 15 pounds overweight when I got married, so I still have fifteen pounds to go, but on a tall woman it's not so obvious. My weight is evenly distributed so that's even better.

I'm in a size 12 and just want to get into a 10 comfortably, but for some weird reason, it's very difficult for me to get from a 12 to a 10 - I will probably wear a 12 till I lose the full fifteen pounds.

Good job!!!

Are you using the Activelink? I just got mine on Saturday so I'm still in the assessment phase. It's so much fun to plug in and see results. I can't wait to see actual numbers!
