Several of us on this forum are doing the Weight Watchers Thanksgiving Challenge - which is to lose 1/2 to 2 pounds per week till Thanksgiving. So far, I think most people are challenging themselves to lose at least ten pounds by then.

Of course, I'm not limiting this thread to those who are doing Weight Watchers - all are welcome.

Are you in? If so, keep us updated!

I started last week, and have lost 1.5 pounds so far (weigh in is tomorrow). I'll update tomorrow.

READY SET GO!

I'm in!... I'm not not sure which diet I'll do, maybe the stress diet. I was doing great last year, then lost my mo jo. I lost 25 lbs from summer 2011 to March 2012, then we started traveling a lot and I started eating on the run. I have another few to lose.

I need to remember I'm on a diet, sounds easy but I get up and start getting kids ready and run out the door and I'll forget I'm dieting until I eat something and my kids will ask, ....mom aren't you on a diet?... oops.

I'm in. I've been on a calorie restricted diet, keeping to 1500 calories a day. It's made me think a lot more about how I'm feeding myself.

So far, I've had:

Breakfast: 300 calories.
Snack: 100 calories
Lunch: 300 calories.
Snack: 100 calories.
Tea: 600 calories.
Snack: 100 calories.

It's made me really appreciate just how fantastic soup is. Almost any type of soup is like the diet superfood.

It's my intention to be the person that brings a bit more vitamin sexy in to the world.
