Once upon a time I used Xenadrine. That was back in the day when it contained ephedrine. It worked for me. Used together with exercise and it seemed like the pounds jumped off. Energy level was off the charts.
The downside was increased heart rate and irritability. (wife said it made me crabby).
I don't think I would use them today.And since it is no longer available,the temptation is gone. I will stick to diet and exercise.
