I am on WW and eating healthier the past 2 years but I do cheat occasionally and have a treat. I don't deny myself too much. I still eat FF, Pizza and an occasional piece of cake. but I only have those things once a month.
Cookie or a donut (just one donut, no plural) with coffee (or a Mcdonalds hot apple pie)...at work in the morning, or after a long winter hike (the McDonalds is after a hike, not at work).
