It's very filling but be careful, I know a few people who ate this soup to loose weight and they ended up having diarrhea. Too much cabbage can do that. Good luck!

If you enjoy farting and crapping non stop. Why don't you just eat a sensible diet and workout?

I didn't say I didn't like cabbage soup, I said it's a stupid diet to follow.

It's veggie soup. Even Weight Watchers had a recipe in their quick start guide for something that. Veggies and fiber, it's not a mystery. Any time you can eat that instead of empty calories it's a good thing. The "cabbage soup" seems to get fixated on a lot by people who don't get "eat more vegetable", I don't know why. But you can't eat soup forever so sooner or later you figure it out of start eating junk again.

I think I'll make some veggie soup (with cabbage) this week. I like soup. But I'll eat other things too.

The soup is great as long as it is PART of a healthy diet and not THE diet.
