I lost 10 pounds recently without even dieting. I am not sure why or if this is a sign of something else. I have been working a lot(over 60 hrs a week), but I think my diet has been the same as it has been.
If you continue to lose weight - especially if your diet hasn't changed, please go see a doctor, as it could be caused by many different things, such as a thyroid malfunction.

I agree that it might be a hypothyroid problem, since losing weight in such a little time is not a normal sign.

If you lost 10 lbs in 3-4 month, I don't think you even need to worry about that. Even within 2 months, it is perhaps normal. You said you have been working a lot, that makes a lot of sense.
If you feel the same, don't worry about it.
