Yep, good stuff. Im strict with my low carb diet, but on the rare occassion when I do go for bread, this is my go to. Whole grain, low glycemic index. Texture is a bit course, but toasted it's great. Also, it doesn't have sawdust (cellulose) added as a fiber to get the 'net' carbs down.

Trader Joe's also had their own wraps for 3 net carbs.. a little chewy but decent and great price, $2.69 for 8 wraps, in the DC area.

Doesn't Sara Lee make a low cal sliced bread? Wraps are dandy, so are low cal breads.

Yes Sara Lee does have some "diet" breads which are low in calories. I don't eat them anymore because there is still too much sugar in them. Most of those breads leave me bloated and sluggish. I have pretty much cut out all grains from my diet. The only reason I eat Mama Lupe's wraps is because they have less than 5 net carbs per serving and I usually only eat 1 a day.

If I could find a good low carb bread I would try it. I would eat it with my egg for breakfast.
