I don't count carbs, I just eat a lot of protein and smaller amounts of healthy protein like whole wheat and veggies. I have started eating lowfat yogurt before bed and that seems to be helping.
Dieting always feel dump feeling, it give lots weakness, Besides this give high protein and eat more vegetables and fruits.
