I have to avoid all wheat, but I get fiber from other sources. I generally stick to a modified version of the paleo diet. Modern processed breads and other items are very unhealthy and will generate an inflammatory response in many cases relating to: bloating, weight gain, brain fog, etc. For those looking to lose weight, cut out all wheat products and you will notice an immediate difference.

Yeah, I try to avoid wheat as well because it can aggravate my IBS and endometriosis
The bloating is the worst. Very difficult to recover from it.
