I really don't know how many calories or anything it has in it, but Every week in the summer I buy a watermelon and cut it up for snacks. When it's gone, the juice at the bottom of the bowl is wonderful. You don't get a lot, but man is it good.
Thank you very much for all of these suggestions. I have more than a few pounds to lose myself and was struggling with a lack of creativity. Drinking only green tea, home-made lemonade, unsweetened almond milk and plain water can get pretty boring real fast.

I had no idea.. found one on amazon, on my wishlist.
Unsweetened almond milk is really good and comes in different flavors. It has 30 calories in a cup.
This is one of my favorites. I also like the unsweetened coconut almond milk.
I also get one package of unsweetened kool aid, put in 1/2 cup of stevia. (makes 2 quarts) I use many different flavors so I don't get bored with it. You can adjust the Stevia to your sweetness taste. I don't like it very sweet.
I second this post. Unsweetened almond milk is delicious. 30 calories and plenty of protein.
I highly recommend this and also the spa water I mentioned in post #3 of this thread.
I like the unsweetened chocolate. I add a bit of stevia and agave or honey with vanilla extract to make hot coco
