I think fruit juice and vegetable juice are good for health and also for weight loss, you can also take vegetable soup and milk is also good for your health and diet. Don't drink energy drinks be aware of that it was very harmful for health.

As a few people have already stated, teas. I usually drink tea or water throughout the day. I drink Lipton in the morning and then in the afternoon different herbal teas (don't want too much caffeine late in the day). I don't add ANYTHING to the tea-no sugar, no sweetener, nothing but water & a tea bag.

I really like to make this drink that is supposedly a detox, but I do it because I've been on a mint craze as of late.

I use green tea or white tea (prefer green), add in half 1 full lime (sliced up), 1/2 a lemon (sliced up), and 1/2 a cucumber and then I add in some mint leaves.

It's soooo yummy.

You can find a variety of these "detox"(is what they're called) drinks on pinterest. There are also some variations with watermelon and mint, or other fruits such as apples.

I make it at night and drink it chilled the next day.

Experiment with Miracle Fruit -- it will turn that sour lemonade into regular lemonade with no sugar added!

what are other ideas that i can drink and the caloric/sugar intake is to the minnimum? I hate going to a gym and i want to keep this up until i hit a good healthy weight until winter, at least i can have a 20-30 pound buffer for "winter weight gain" and do it over again next summer. i'm 35 pounds overweight when i started so if i loose 55 pounds by winter i will just be barely overweight if i gain back 20-30 pounds by next spring. I have tried and tried to go to a gym in the winter, and i just cant keep myself on a treadmill for more than 1 minute before i got bored, no music/book/tv will do.

A few suggestions.........

Flavored mineral water.

Tomato/Vegetable juice.

Fevertree Light Ginger Beer

Crystal Lite

She probably means in ounces.

If she is 100lbs, she drinks 50 oz water a day. 200lbs, 100 oz water a day.

It doesn't taste the best, but I've been adding a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to my water daily. It has really helped with my digestion!
