If this topic is redundant it can be binned or moved.

But with general discussions on Intermittent Fasting can members post their actual Fasting & Intermittent Fasting schedules for yesterday?

Not your "planned" IF today but what you actually did yesterday?

17:5, 18:6, 19:5, 20:4, 21;3, 22:2, 23:1?

It would be good to know who is doing what and you can note the effects of your IFing.

It's OK if one gets tempted and decides to eat. That's OK. Everyday is different and it's not the end of the world and I don't IF everyday.

So for me, Yesterday:

January, 9, 2019:

I did a 24 hour fast. So, 24:0

On Jan. 8th, I finished my second meal of the day, dinner at 6:03 PM. I keep a notebook to log in my finishing time of my last meal of the day/night.

The following day, yesterday Jan. 9th, I started to eat my first meal of the day at 6:07 pm with 1 banana.

and hour and a half later later I started to eat to my dinner (halibut, wild rice, mashed potatoes and peas) finishing that at 9:02 pm.

Tell us about your IF yesterday.

I plan a minimum of 16:8 almost every day. Yesterday I did in fact do a 16:8 intermittent fast from 11 am - 7 pm.

I don't specifically track times. I just know I was done eating the day before by 7, and I ate around 11 yesterday. (this is normal for me)

There are about 5 threads on IM on the diet forum, and this is the second one here. I cannot imagine there is that much to discuss.

I ate like a normal human being yesterday. When I was hungry, I ate.

And the day before.

And the day before.

None yesterday, but today, Wednesday and Monday I did 23:1.
It's about time for my 600 calorie salad.
