I love Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (sweetened with Truvia) and then adding fresh berries and almonds or walnuts to it.

1.) One slice of sprouted grain bread, toasted. frozen blueberries (I like to heat in microwave). I top my toast with coconut oil and i like to put the blueberries on my toast.

2.) brown rice cereal (again I like to add blueberries to it too)

3.) greek yogurt

4.) turkey bacon with steamed green beans (or any veggie)

5.) oatmeal

My breakfast is either a bowl of muesli with some non-fat Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and seedless grapes and non-fat milk or two slices of sourdough toast with Vegemite spread and a pot of really good ground coffee.

It's true what they say that if you start the day off well it's much easier to regulate your intake during the remaining hours and avoid any hunger pangs.

Mind you this theory goes out of the window if I have a lot of beers the night before when nothing but a toasted bacon sandwich will do.

Eat whatever you want. It doesn't have to be 'breakfast' food.

I hate eggs, too.
