Hi i am a newbie here.
16 yo girl, 155cm and 52kgs
I am struggling to lose weigh
I've tried to eat 1200-1500cals perday since 1 year ago and i have never lost any weigh. Every weight i lost is just a water weight.
I am wondering if i am having a metabolism problem or something bcs i didn't get my period again unless i eat some medicine..
I gained weight from 49kg on october2014 until now i am at 52kg i tried to eat 1200cals but i can't lose any. I keep on gaining weight.
About the food i consumed, it was more snacks than real food for example biscuits. I rarely eat rice. If i restrict myself from that such kind of food i will end up eating very much of it.. Will it become a problem if i eat throughout the day but in my caloric range?
Almost everyday i walked on my room in slow pace for 1 hour or 30mins
Thanks!
You don't need to lose any weight at all. If you think you're out of shape or flabby looking, try strength and core exercises. Also, don't just cut out biscuits - replace them with something healthier. If you're eating biscuits for breakfast, make oatmeal instead. If by "biscuits" you mean "cookies" (european vs. american term for the same thing) then yeah definitely eat something healthier for your snacks. A piece of fruit, or a small container of fruity yogurt, some hummus with veggies.
