Based on a quick search that I've just made it's book that provides a comprehensive, Biblically-sound, effective and delicious way to eat for health and weight loss.

There are a few different biblical references to diet.
In Genesis, the reference is to a strictly vegetarian diet, however it also is very specific in that Man shall have dominion and rule over all other animals in the world - implying that animals exist to serve Man however Man sees fit (which might or might not include consumption).
Then there's the whole kosher thing - which is spelled out in Leviticus. The general idea: You absolutely positively can, and should eat meat. However you can't combine meat with dairy, and " 3 You may eat any animal that has a divided hoof and that chews the cud." So, not a pig, since it doesn't chew its cud. Rabbits chew their cud but don't have divided hooves, so you can't eat those either. And so on. You can't eat shellfish, and swordfish are iffy. But white-fish of all kinds are fine and even recommended.
Since sugar comes from plants, and so does grain, and fats come from both vegetable and animal, and both of these things are biblically acceptable, there's no reason why anyone can't eat a well-balanced normal modern diet made with both meats and grain and vegetables and fruits, sugars, salts, and everything else. Just don't eat a steak and cheese sandwich, and eat turkey-bacon instead of pork bacon, and don't put it on your pizza.

What about all the New Testament verses saying that no food is unclean, and man can eat whatever he likes?
That's only useful for Christians. But it does prove the point: the term "biblically sound" is without value.
Yep! Even within Christianity itself, that phrase is often used to distinguish one's self from other Christian groups who have different doctrinal teachings. Example: We're a Christ-centered, Biblically-sound church!
As soon as I saw "biblically sound" I was out. Just a couple of morons trying to make money in the name of jesus. Genius actually considering the sheer number of morons out there who will follow any and everything "jesus". I am not knocking religion, I am just knocking idiots who walk through life with religious blinders on and dont bother to educate themselves.
The overweight, formally HCG selling southern women who look like the evil witch lady in Little Mermaid will probably buy it, but no one who is truly interested in being healthy would.
