5 FACTOR DIET Has anyone tried it? Results? What kind of food are listed in the receipe's? thanks for the info

I read through it, but as usual I set it aside and its collecting dust with all my other books and excercise videos. Anyway, you do five minutes of cardio, tread mill ect, then you go on to a set of excercise's that you rotate each weekday, upper body one day, lower the next, Its all about crunching the workouts by interval training mini workouts, The food is really really simple a guy wrote the book so there is not much (real) cooking. consists of 6 mini meals if I remmember correct with focus on having the mini meals balanced with a protein a carb and eating every 2 to 3 hours to maintain consistant blood sugar levels. A lot of people are overweight simply because of slow metabolism, I personally believe it would work if followed consistantly, I need to blow the dust off mine and get started
