I have been hearing about bulletproof coffee.
https://www.bulletproofexec.com/how-...r-morning-too/

Has anyone tried it ? It's supposedly supposed to help you lose weight and also give you high mental focus and energy.

It sounds very appealing...and I will probably try it for myself because I am intrigued , but would like to hear anyone's experience with it.

NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING helps you lose weight except eating less calories than you burn.

Being alive, I burn about 1300 calories a day. Walking around, we'll say I burn about 1450 calories per day. If I eat more than 1500 calories per day, I will maintain my weight. If I eat about 1350-1400, I will lose weight. There is no magic pill, bullet, coffee, tea, book, doctor, or genie that will help you lose weight.

Eat less. Move more. Period. Put the bulletproof coffee information in the garbage and move on.

Any coffee will give you energy and mental focus.

Not an option for those of us who also get panic attacks and heart palpitations from too much coffee.

Every person I've seen in person touting the virtues of bulletproof coffee has been fat.

I love my morning coffee too much to adulterated it with butter, even if it made me lose weight.

Bulletproof coffee can be part of an Eat less, move more routine. Of course people should eat less and move more to lose weight but in order to make it happen it helps to have a plan. There is more than one way to lose weight and people should use whatever plan they can stick to for a long time.

Bulletproof coffee and its many variations can be a fantastic addition to a low carb way of eating. I use a variation of it in my own weight loss journey. I don't know how much weight I have lost but I have gone from a 22W to a 14W (or regular 16) by incorporating coffee with coconut oil and cream into my daily eating plan. It keeps me full for hours and is only around 170 calories.

Hi,

I'm on the way of loose some weight too.

Coffee can make you loose weight unless you don't put any sugar in it.
I had been tried it for a week which is black or plain coffee without any sugar or creamer. And it did go down a little bit. I am not gruantee a lot but my pant just slightly loose a bit.
So, no matter what type of coffee you try, just try plain one will help you to loose weight. Besides, coffee helps to clean out the fat and oil.
Cheers,
Eliza

I like the idea of bulletproof coffee; its essentially intermittent fasting. But the bulletproof guy goes overboard with most of his claims. Anyways coffee + healthy fats keep you full in the morning then eat at lunch. Works for me most days

Yeah, I've heard his claim that most coffee has mold. So he made his own 'mold free' coffee..which he sells of course.. I read that the mold coffee thing is bs..

I think you could go overboard with a lot of things if you really dig deep enough. Being in a state of paranoia or worry over everything causes stress too..so that's not good.
