Do you guys think that eating roast beef is healthier for me then eating dried "hunters sausage" beef jerkey ?

I think roast beef has less fat and cholesterol, no ?

I think it depends. Is the roast beef coming from a processed deli package, or are you actually getting a slab of raw beef and roasting it and cutting off a slice or two for yourself?

Is it being served on a plate, or in a sandwich? If it's in a sandwich, what kind of bread is it? What other things are you putting on the sandwich? What else are you consuming with that sandwich? If it's on a plate, what else is going on that plate?

Again - you don't have to answer me, you only have to answer yourself, and then visit myfitnesspal, or calorieking, or nutritiondata, or livestrong, or the shops you're getting your food from, and see what you are putting into your body.

I am putting mustard on the roast, mustard has sodium. I know you hate it already.

Are you really that afraid of eating normal food ?
