What are all these crazy people talking about ? If I am done with dinner around 7:30 and other then a fruit eat nothing, I am going to be hungry tomorrow way before lunch hence open my lunch bag around 10.

If I go for a midnight snack, I will not need breakfast.

I eat breakfast if I eat early the evening before. I skip it if I've eaten later or had an indulgence. My stomach is my guide.

I suggest a bigger lunch, a smal dinner, then a small breakfast the next day.

Or a small breakfast/ lunch followed by a larger evening meal with drinks and no breakfast the next day.

We are all different, and we should all just listen to our own bodies. In the past, I never wanted to eat much in the morning, just toast and coffee. But I am a Type 2 diabetic now, and have discovered that it is best for me to eat a little more substantially in the morning. Amazingly, it has been much easier for me to lose weight and control it by doing this. Because I eat more at breakfast, I only eat a small "snack" for lunch and a moderate dinner. And of course I am working out in some way each and every day.

I don't believe or trust any government studies, or even "Dr. Oz" or Dr. Mercola" or any of those other self-appointed gurus. There is just too much BS out there on the internet, TV and magazines, news. etc. I believe in only myself.
