I feel great and friends are noticing I have lost weight it feels when you run into someone you haven't seen in a few months they notice. It's so gradual I hardly notice other then my cloths are getting lose.

Oh my gosh, that is so great!
I learned from the Biggest Loser ...slow and steady...it all counts and
adds up...even a one pound loss is going in the right direction!

I'm going to a Fitness Center first x today....I'm going to apply the same
philosophy...just keep doing it, period...cuz it will all add up in a couple
weeks and then a month...and beyond.
(I need more muscles at my age.)

I know all my cloths are lose on me now I fit into a medium dress shirt for the first time since the 1990's.

It's incredible feeling to actually want to work out when I go to the store I park all the way at the back and walk. It's only 30 lbs but I feel so much younger like I was back in my 20s again. It was really tough at first that is what is the tough part about losing weight. The body is in a mode of consumption because it thinks we need to fatten up while we can to save for a day when food is hard to get. It hurts not to eat like you did at first and you feel weak and the hunger is so strong. Once you get over the hump your body goes into a different mode and starts to burn fat. It all changes and gets easier and easier now I eat so much less food during the day I think what I was eating before I could feed 3 people eating the same amount I eat now.

Start out with small goals is what I did my first goal was even before I started at the gym was to just stop eating sugary food that took me 2 weeks to get over. My first day in the gym on the treadmill when I got off I almost passed out I was so out of shape. Its amazing how out of shape you can get just simple walking. It took me about a month to get my body into shape where I wasn't light headed after working out.

Congrats. I know how much effort it has taken. Me, I fell off the wagon today with a lot of tailgating type food and will feel it tomorrow when I hit the asphalt for a little exercise.
