So i am a 15 ,male,1.69m 73 kilogram(i don t know feet and pounds convertion).I want to ask if what i am doing now will result in weight loss.I don t have a strict diet,i just look up how many nutriments different types of food give me and i try to get what i need daily with as few calories as possible .I don t eat stuff like bread ,junk food, anything with too many calories. But i drink about 0.5l of coca cola per day.I walk fast 5-6 miles per day.I do not know my fat percentage but i have a lot of fat around the stomach area and my goal is to get rid of it.With what i am doing now how much time would i need to continue to get to about 65 kg?I would also like some tips for losing weight if you have any.

So you're about 5'6" and 160 lbs. That means you're pretty close to a normal weight. .5l of coca cola has about 200 calories in it. If you want to lose a pound a week, you should cut down by 500 calories a day. So if you stop drinking the soda, that would mean you should lose about a pound every two weeks.

If you started doing some weight training in addition to the walking, that might help. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns.

Low carb and get into ketosis. Drop as many carbs as you can.

You ideal weight should be 69 kg. Height in cm less 100 = weight in kilos. 4 kilos over and you are trying to lose them? Why?
I agree with veezybell too. No carbs works for me too.
OP, don't forget one thing. You are 15. You are creating foundation for your future health. You start experimenting with your GI NOW - you'll pay for it grossly later.
Also, rid of coke and any sodas and pops. Ain't nothing good in them. Youtube what coke does to meat, grease, copper. Why do you think folks use it to clean car engines? Because it's "good for you"?

At 15 you are still growing,i'd stick with your current lifestyle for now as it sounds healthy enough, you may grow out of that small extra weight..
That daily soda consumption isnt in your best interest,i'd move to something different like Perrier Water.
