Phentermine worked really well for me for about two months. It has side affects so do your research and make sure you're comfortable with them before you start. It's only a short-term solution. Good luck

Topomax, that was actually a side effect of it for me several years ago when it was prescribed off-label for migraines.
But.. Far better than any drug is just doing it yourself. Because most drugs will eventually stop working or have nasty side effects.
I can be very, very hungry, go put in 30-45 minutes on a treadmill, and that dulls my hunger back quite a bit.. And, I think, is more effective in weight loss, since you're (in theory at least) burning stored reserves to do the exercise.
I tried Belviq. It worked amazingly well in suppressing my appetite. Unfortunately, it also gave me splitting headaches, so I quit it after about 3 days.
Phentermine probably is the best, however all these appetite suppressants will stop working over time once your body gets used to them...and that will happen sooner rather than later.
Are the steroids you're on causing you to swell up? Because if that's the case an appetite suppressant won't help.
Do appetite suppressants work, or not? Are there any safe over-the-counter types of meds to take that will suppress appetite? I need something...all I think about is EATING! It's become maddening!
My girlfriend said adderall works good, but that's like a form of speed (ritalin) and you can't sleep on it.
Anyone?
