OP, if you really want to lose 50 pounds, which would put you at the very bottom of normal, if not into underweight, and you are currently only eating 700 calories a day and skipping meals, I would say you already have an eating disorder and should see a counselor immediately. The things you have posted about your body image reinforce that.
I'm 5'3.5 and I weight 150 lbs.
I'm way overweight for my height, I believe I should be about 105. I've always struggled with my weight, I have never been slim in my life, I've always been obese. People would pick on me and hate me for what I looked like. Right now I'm the slimmest I've ever been and I'm still so fat!! I cry every night because of this and I don't know what to do, I've been dieting for about a week now and all that happened was gained weight. I can't get out much I can't ****ing do anything to help it I just need help, by the way is anorexia a good idea? This stupid stuff about eating 3 meals a day including breakfast is wrong, unless it's only me, because when I eat breakfast I gain 4 pounds of water weight (no kidding) that doesn't all come off, so 2 of those pounds become another piece of ass on me. I'm sick of it and I'm angry about it now, PLEASE HELP ME. I'm tired of being called a fat blimp, please help me.
First of all, please ignore everyone who calls you a "fat blimp." That is rude and inconsiderate. Secondly, please accept that you aren't obese. You may want to lose fat and have a more toned figure, but you are not obese. Now, you need to consider two things: your health and your fitness goals.
Health
Talk to your doctor about your body image concerns and request help in the form of thyroid and other tests of fat gain mechanisms in the body. If a problem is found there, follow your doctor's advice. If you are healthy, request your doctor give you advice on a low sugar and starches diet plan. Request your doctor give you the same health advice as he would someone with diabetes. Consult with a nutritionist, if possible, to learn what to cook, what to snack on, and what to avoid. In addition to watching sugar and starches, diabetics also have to practice portion control, so this should be a winning diet plan.
Fitness Goals
Once you have a healthy perspective of what's going on with your body, join a gym or hire a personal trainer. Explain your health and fitness goals to him or her. Personal trainers are well versed in how to get a body looking toned and shapely. Follow the recommended exercise regimen, and you should see dramatic changes.
Body Image
If the above steps do not work or if your doctor deems them unnecessary, you might just want to take a step back from the mirror and learn to love yourself. Consider joining a support group or starting a hobby that doesn't focus on your weight.
