Personally, I would put a little weight on. Those surgeries, implants I would assume, can be dangerous. A friend of a friend had a horrible time of it with those implants. She now has horrible arthritis. Leaking, having them removed, replaced and I don't know the status now.

She was a very vain person all the years I knew her. She suffers a lot now I hear from our mutual friend.

I think it might be in your mind.
There is more than 1 way to look womanly.
Breasts are not the end all to be all to looking womanly.
The main body part that determines femininity is the HIPS,not breasts.

You can be flat chested and still look womanly.

If you have a small waist and large hips you will look VERY womanly, even at 97 pounds.

You can also be large breasted and look manly, despite what CD says.

At 5'3", being 97 lbs is underweight. Consider your proportions if you get implants. You don't want to look like Dolly Parton or Wendy Williams.

I think this is the best idea, OP. Why did you choose 97 lbs. or thereabouts as your goal? Now that you've met your goal and see what it looks like, you can adjust it a little. Are you single? If not, what does your SO say about the new you?
