How much weight have you gained since college? I finished there at age 22 and since then (8 years) gained 40lbs. BUT, I was underweight and needed to gain weight. No judging though, I was curious to see how much a person typically gained since then. Of course it also depends how long since you graduated.

Pretty much the same; maybe a couple of pounds lighter.

Haha. It's been quite a while and I was pretty skinny in college. After 3 kids I currently weigh 20 lbs more.

Once I gained 45 lbs but now it's only 20 lbs change - I was really skinny when I started college, but now I have some curves - and I love it!

Gained 10 lbs. and counting. College was 17 years ago for me, but the scale isn't an indicator of anything for me.

I'm naturally skinny, and while I don't gain much weight, I gain inches. My belly gets larger every few years, I have to loosen a notch on my belt, and buy new pants.

I don't enjoy heavy exercise, so I walk really fast every day for 30 minutes, but I don't even know if burning 97 calories (based on my height & weight) even does anything. It's also really hard to eat less, but I try.

I started college at 30 and finished with an MBA at 36 so I'm a bit different from most people I guess.

I'm 5'3" tall and weighed 103 lbs back then.

I stayed around 105ish until about 9 months ago...

Then menopause hit like a ton of f*cking bricks.

I am physically active, eat a vegetarian diet...and boom, 22 lbs packed on within 7 months.

I'm not fat by any means but I feel uncomfortable.

I've lost 4 lbs of it but it is not wanting to come off and it's hard to live on 1100 calories a day

I graduated from college about 23 years ago, and I've stayed about the same weight since then (apart from my three pregnancies). If anything, I am 3-4 lbs lighter than I was. I'm not saying I'm the same shape, and I've definitely lost some muscle, but I'm the same weight.
