I have just bought this diet on line and am starting it tomorrow, after going shopping tonight. I have 10 pounds to a stone to lose and have hit a plateau on Weight Watchers, which i have been doing for 2 years now. I am going to use this as a kick start and incorperate some of the foods into my ww eating, dont think its a long term diet, if you want long term healthy eating, lifestyle has to change, thats why I swear by ww but am in need of a kickstart to get me going again!!! will let you know how I get on!!!

There's a difference between being negative and being realistic.

There is no way the poster I quoted lost ten pounds in four days. No way.

Thumbs down Here it is...no faking.

My advice...do the 3 day diet...you'll lose around the same amount of weight and at least you can eat icecream on the 3day diet.

Breakfast (everyday)

BLACK coffee/ or Tea (No Cream or sugar or sugar substitute)
1/2 of a yellow grapefruit...pink/red will do if you can't find it

Day 1

Lunch

2 hard boiled eggs
1/2c green beans - runner beans/ french string beans (no veggies from a can or previously prepared and only steamed or boiled)
1/2c squash - butternut or zucchini - steamed or boiled
1c tomato juice (can be bought)

Dinner

1 hamburger patty 4-6 oz ground beef - baked or broiled
1/2c string beans
1 small apple

Day 2

Lunch

1/2c uncooked celery
1/2c green beans
1/2c tomatoes - fresh raw (not juice)
1/2c cantalope

Dinner

Baked chicken - no skin 6-8oz
1/2c squash
1/2c tomatoes - fresh

Day 3

Lunch

2 hard boiled eggs
1/2c green beans - runner beans/ french string beans (no veggies from a can or previously prepared and only steamed or boiled)
1/2c squash - butternut or zucchini - steamed or boiled
1c tomato juice (can be bought)

Dinner

1 Steak - broiled or baked 6 - 8 oz
1c stewed tomatoes (poached or cooked)
1 small apple

Day 4

Lunch

1c celery uncooked
1/2c squash
1 small apple
1c prune juice - unsweetened if possible

Dinner

1 hamburger patty 4-6 oz ground beef
1/2c greenbeans
1/2c tomatoes
2c prune juice

(You can do this diet back to back twice and then take a week or two off)

I paid for this crap and feel like it wasn't worth it and don't want everyone else to suffer. I've searched all over the internet and no one has said theyve lost 18 pounds. 7-10 pounds is the average and that's what I do with the 3 day diet but I will do this starting SUN just because I paid for it and will do it for 8 days and tell u how much I lost

With five to eight pounds of your "loss" being water or digestive tract contents.

While your at it, send me the logins and passwords to any online paid subscription services. Heck, I'll even take the CD product key to Office 2007.

You're probably right, but I don't use the diet as a method of continuous weight loss. It's a way to get my mind re-focused to dieting and exercising and give me a head start on weight loss.

No, because it is under copyright law and no one wants to go to jail for a stranger. Just fork over the $27 for your copy, like everyone else, and stop complaining.

OR JUST EAT LESS AND WORK OUT!
