Other than reducing your caloric intake further, the only way you're going to bust through this plateau is to also burn calories.

You are not harsh. I totally agree with you. but how can I get my butt to the gym if I am so tired and all what I want to do after I finish work is to go home?

Anyway, I will try. I have to try.

Are you suggesting I should see a rheumatologist?
I'm saying specialists know their specialty; they'll be the first to state this and to say a thing is not within their purview.

If you have a "family" physician you see for trivial things I'd start there, he can run some basic diagnostics and give you a rheum referral, OR if you press your endo and provide him the symptom list X30 days he can do the same, but an endo is unlikely to diagnose an autoimmune disorder himself though there can be crossover i.e. some AIs cause endocrine issues.

When my hypothyroid symptoms were the worse, I definitely didn't have the energy to do much more than go to work. Once I get a lot more stabilized, my energy was enough to do multiple things in a day. My energy wasn't super low, but it was definitely lower!

I definitely wouldn't rule out getting meds for hypothyroidism. I don't feel good until I am at the bottom range of the thyroid levels. Being at the top or even the mid point leaves me with symptoms.

You may also, like many other people have Hashimoto's which is also an auto immune disorder. This is measures with the Thyroid antibodies (the TPO test is super common). Personally, my TSH is straddling the line for hyperthyroidism but my TPO is still super high, so I am not yet at optimal treatment levels. But my T4 number is in the "good" range for me, so at the moment my energy is good. But I still have some other hypo symptoms.

My primary care doctor referred me to an endo. I have been seeing an endo for several months now.
Good point about the rheum referral. Thank you! I will talk to my endo about this when I see him next time.
