Just a good brisk walk after dinner, a couple of miles a day should do it.

eat as little sugar and white flour as possible. keep calories in check. exercise at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. give yourself a month and you WILL see results.

kaiser portion diet. if you are obese, 24 hour semi fast (3 cans slimfast and a modest meal)
both require exercise.
not everybody in america has a thyroid problem but 1 in 3 is obese.
automatically lose 20 lbs, stop eating out.

1. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. No sweets, whether artificial or natural.
3. Burn more calories than you eat.

I wondered if Crystal lite is ok to drink when trying to lose weight. It seems when I drink Crystal lite, I am more hungry. I never drink diet drinks or carbonated drinks, but I do like crystal lite.

painful slow but 1 to 3 lbs a week for sure loss.
