Has anyone on this forum every done or is currently doing 80/10/10?

I'm asking because I did it for a while (without reading about 80/10/10) and didn't do it strictly 7 days per week but doing it and eating little chicken every couple of days which was probably 4-5% or less of my total cals on those days.

Has anyone followed the 80/10/10 WOE? or close to it.

Positive and negatives for you?

Thanks.

Yeah, that's a sticking point, eaton.

Yes, I only ate a "sugary" fruit - an apple every other day and a banana on the alternate day, sometimes every day.

Lots of salad, kale, and vegetables, natural soups, and sweet potato.

B/c of this lower sugary fruit, I suppose I was not doing 80-10-10 although it is carbs/proteins/fats in that order.

No, especially not chicken as 80/10/10 is raw. No thanks to raw chicken.

Its just another gimmicky diet that people will forget about soon enough. And anyone who eats raw chicken is a numbskull.

The OP never mentions raw chicken or at least I don't see it. Where did that come from? Eating raw chicken can be deadly and totally asking for problems.

The 80-10-10, I think refers to macro percentages of carbs/proteins/fats, which makes no sense at all to me anyway, it should be the other way around. Douglas Graham is the author of the book and yes is sounds like another fad diet to me.

If it's a diet and 80% carbs, how does that work? Good luck with that one.

Here's the book.
