So i have been excising daily, my workout consists of push ups, sit ups, planking, and running. I was looking for a easy way to tone my tummy while working out to make the process faster and to see results faster because i'm a very inpatient person you can call it. So read so many things online but they were no help to me in anyway shape or form. I'm 5"2 and i weight 157 pounds. If anybody is out there in the same boat as me, what i found was the easiest thing to do is wear a waist trainer during working out and a few hours through the day. After 2-3 weeks of wearing one i seen better results when it came to shaping my tummy and keeping it flat! i use a few different waist trainer but i prefer the fit waist trainer, very breathable compared to others while working out. If you any of are looking for one while working out or just wearing it day to day a few hours a day i would recommend the one from thefitwaist.com . i would stay away from the ones from walmart and target, after a few washes they began to come lose. Hopefully this was a help to other.

It's more likely that difference was due to your situps and and any diet changes. All those 'wraps' do is cause you to sweat slightly more in that area, they do nothing more.

Waist trainers do zip. Its not shaping you, or allowing you to spot reduce. More than likely you are experiencing water weight loss and placebo effect. Ditch it for a couple of weeks and do your normal diet and workout. The results will be the same, minus the water weight loss.

It's New Years so everything to do with weight loss will be coming out of the woodwork, just like on TV.
