You are making me hungry!!! One Chipotle burrito would be a whole day's calories for me!

Oh well, It's my Happy Anniversary weekend. Not gonna stress it! (but I will try to remember it!)

Trying for at least 20 hours today!

In the morning before work I walked to gym and back, only 22 minutes total, but did 15 minutes of pre and post fasted cardio for 15 minutes at a HBP topping at 141.

Then went to work. I ate my first meal 7.5 hours later.
I like!

Fasting day for me today! Going to get some soup for lunch and dinner. Trying to keep it around 500-600 calories.

New record low today (191.8) and it wasn't even a low cal day. I didn't pig out either.

Chicken breast sandwich.
Large salad with cauliflower, cucumber, bacon bits, three hard boiled eggs and zesty Italian dressing.
Small bowl of raspberries with whipped cream.
Small cup of peanuts.

Not going to eat for awhile and we'll see where I end up.
I still have quite a bit of grilled and some fried chicken left, so that's probably what I'll be eating this weekend.
Hopefully that will keep any weight gain to a minimum.

Unintentionally fasted for 26 hrs yesterday. I wasn't hungry at all but my partner wanted to go out for dinner so went to a Thai restaurant. It seems the longer i fast the less hungry i feel.

Fine, thank you. I think I'm really feeling the effects of this lifestyle change: no sugar, no eating but for OMAD. It's a solid six months now. I don't think I'll ever go back to the old sort of random, eating all the time, habit.

Apparently, something like 40% of the population has a fatty liver. And kidney and gallstones, cancer, arthritis. Diet is the key issue.

18.5 hour fast yesterday. 18 hours seems to be the sweet spot for me, I think I'm just going to accept it and maintain here. It's also perfect for my vitamins - eat at 1 and take my multivitamin, smoothie at 4 with my pre- and pro-biotics. Dinner at 6, nighttime supplements between 7-8 pm (basically when I remember them).

I'm working on sleeping better and some digestive movement issues. Trying to stay healthy, but I feel like a freakin' pharmacy these days....

And it's a new record... 189.7
It took almost exactly two months to go from 200 to 190. The goal is 170 by Labor Day, hopefully sooner.

I'm still fasting, 36 hrs in now... and I'm at work and didn't bring anything, so it will go awhile longer.

An interesting thing happened this week.
On my on low cal days my blood sugar did not go above 140. That meant no diabetic meds at all on those days.
That has not happened before. Previously the only way I went without insulin was on a complete fast, like now.

If that continues, my weight loss is probably going to accelerate.

From what I've read it is possible to get completely off the meds. I'm hoping that for you!!
