Yes, you're the third person who's pointed that out to me. I know. I was going to point out the error myself, but didn't. Guess I should have.

Juice fast is more accurate, but since at some point I may be eating some of the apples from my trees, and some little oranges (called "sweeties") even that is inaccurate. Not sure what to call it.

Default Five day juice/fruit fast

I did have a raging headache because I did not have any caffeine.
Cutting off coffee will do that. I had coffee this morning, along with a bottle of mineral water. Coffee on an empty stomach can be a problem, too.

What were your goals for each day?

Lol, I think you are referring to "Cuties" and there's another brand which I've seen but couldn't remember so I looked it up, called 'Halos". They are in fact mandarin oranges. I enjoy them from time to time. They are small which is perfect.

They come from a tree on the property. The Hispanic people that work for me call them sweeties.

I see you’ve already done the fast so I say way to go! Fasting is extremely healthy and esp when you’ve had cancer.

I get my caffeine from Diet Mountain Dew.
I know... but we all have our vices. And I do not like coffee or tea.

I think fasting can be very healthy.

I have fasted and physically it makes me feel pretty dang good. I get very obsessed with food, to a point where it is a big negative, whenever I go more than a day without eating.....that is why I rarely do so.

I finish my last meal for the day from 3 to 5 pm..........then I eat breakfast from 7 to 9 am the next day. Not really a true fast, but it has many benefits.

Plan on doing green tea, mineral water, and fruit like apples, oranges, lemons.
The fruits can kick you out of the fast by raising your insulin levels.

My insulin levels are not a concern. My objectives are to give my system a rest and clean out a bit.

I probably wouldn’t drink that for a fast though. If I need to go off caffeine, I take about three days to taper down because the headache is miserable. Not everyone gets one though.
