my hubby lost 20 lbs on atkins. i found them. i keep them close around my middle in case he wants them back, but so far he doesn't miss them...
presently trying to outrun them but they keep up with me...dang it. next step is to starve them out...well starve is a pretty strong word, its more like i will sternly threaten to stop eating fast food one fine morning!!! l know i can drive right by those golden arches without so much as a 'how-u-do', but i don't. i know i can make a salad and take it to work with me, but i don't. i know i don't have to have a steak dinner, but i do.
are you noticing a thread here? i know what to do, eat smarter, move harder, lose the larder. and the moment i can't stand it a minute longer i will. the devil is in the details: when i want my health more than i want to whine about my weight, i will do what i know i should do. but that wasn't your question was it?
Too funnyI think we all know but our appetite doesnt seem to listen to our brain, at least mine doesnt. I always have such good intentions then like you said I pass a golden arch or a Five Guys and my car just tugs at me to pull in. My stomach isnt the size it used to be either, seems I cant eat a lot at one time but I make up for it by eating all day I have my good intentions again starting this Wed when I go shopping, lets see if I can get my cart to pass by the chips and candy and go to the healthy food, lets hope any way
