I bet the school has a gym. You should ask.

And oh if you want to count calories you should google "spark diet"
It can set you up with a plan + exercise + meal options

The exercise options leave you with a choice to state you dont have equipment and it doesnt tell you to buy it. It gives you workout things you can do with just your body alone.

Bombay,

No offense, but why are you putting up with this person? It's one thing to work with people who don't take care of themselves. You have no control there since you can't choose your coworkers. But you can choose who you socialize with. I try to follow a healthy lifestyle. That's why I don't hang out with the kinds of guys who just go out drinking every night. And when it comes to who I date, if the person was a bad influence and was making it harder for me to do what's good for me, then I won't stay with that person. I'd make it clear to the person why and give them the chance to change their ways. So if your boyfriend really values you, he'll see how this affecting you and make the effort to change. The fact that he's unwilling says a lot about him and how he views you. I hate to say it, but it shows that he's selfish. If I had a girlfriend who gained a lot of weight and she came to me and said "I need to lose weight and I need your support", not only would I support her, I'd probably join in for no other reason than to show that what's important to her is important to me. Even if I didn't need to lose weight, if she came to me and wanted to go jogging or biking, I'd go. I think you need to ask yourself why you're tolerating this. Why would you want to be around someone who's not supporting you in achieving your goals?
