I am 6'3'' and I weigh right around 200 lbs. What are some tips that you can give me to GAIN weight, I want to be around 225. (more Muscle of course) I am pretty athletic, not a 6 pack, but you can tell I have some abs under there somewhere, and defined arms and legs. So what exercises can I do/what can I do/take to gain some muscle weight/strength? The faster the better.
