Take your B12 in a pill or liquid form. That does make a HUGE diffrence to me energy wise and the pounds come off faster. Especially if I am not eating all that well nutritent quality wise atm.
Just a general rule of thumb with weightloss. Dont force it. Because if you are the rebound is going to be you know what. Try everything as natural as possible. The good thing about slow loss is that your skin will look better than someone who did it quickly.
