That's a suffering boring diet! I eat anything! Like Ben & Jerry's, pecan pie, TV Dinners, diet soda, my own cold coffee, cookies, etc...

Your diet is a diet of sodium, carbs, sugars, and cholesterol.

I did slack a little by having healthy choice microwave pizza with 540 mgs of sodium and then a microwave Stouffers Spinach Soufle which had 390 mgs of sodium. In general microwave foods should be avoided but I gave in last night due to laziness. Tonight I may have a can of Healthy Choice beef pot pie which has 450 mgs of sodium and some Richards non-sodium natural Peanut butter on celery. Or, I may go to the diner but still have the celery later along with a banana. The waitress at the diner knows my demands so She cooks food properly and gives me wheat bread. Never white rolls! I really grilled her on ingredients last week and she assured me that nothing she makes is oevrloaded with sodium and sugars. Last week I ordered a salisbury steak with peas and a salad. The Steak came with fried onions and I initially said no fried onions but she assured me that fried onions are nothing compared to other fried foods so there was no need to worry. I gave in and had the fried onions.

Well I lost weight form 205 to 139 lbs and kept it mostly off the next 3 years around 145 to 152 lbs. And I ate whatever I wanted. I can't compromise on good food and just eat boring broccoli!

I used to workout lots to maintain my weight, now I workout less and managed ok. But this year is a bad year and I overated Xmas last year so I'm 151.8 lbs today. I like to keep it at 145 lbs.

Chop up an apple and crumble on of those quaker bars on it
Bake at 350 till the apple is your liking (softness)

Its so awsome. Like a sloppy apple crumble.
barely any prep.
