Has anyone heard of it? My aunt told me about it several years ago and I tried it. It was a three days on four days off or something like that and I know one of the days you had to eat 2 cans of tuna for dinner...

I am going to look for it. I was without luck the other day. I was wondering if someone here had info on it.

My aunt gave me something like a flyer from the ARC so many years ago and I have moved a few times, of course it is gone with the wind..

I am reading here and there that is a fad diet and does not belong to the AHA but I did do it years ago and lost some weight.

I am doing well in the weight loss arena currently a lb or so a day, sometimes maintaining.

Something made me think of this diet and I thought shoot... maybe I'll shake things up a bit and try this again..

My mother told me years ago (when weight was no issue for me) that the American Red Cross Ski Team Diet (?) was supposed to be wonderful. Healthy diet and reasonable exercise plan, I can't find that either, now that I'd like to have it. Wish I could help, but looks like we are in the same boat!

I have heard of it! I have it written down somewhere and did it a few years back and it really did work! I've been looking for it, and appears I have misplaced it. I'll keep looking cause I want to do it again! I don't remember eating 2 cans of tuna. One, maybe!
